This is a very seasonal business and our cancellation policy is firmly enforced. If you’re a new customer or unfamiliar with our policies regarding rentals, please read before reserving.

 Hotel Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

A deposit of 50% is required to hold hotel reservations.  (Rate x Nights x 1/2 = deposit)

The balance (+ sales tax) is due at check-in.

If we are notified of a cancellation at least 60 days prior to the first day of rental, your hotel deposit will be refunded (Minus $25 handling charge).  Cancellations less than 60 days from the first day of rental will receive no refunds.

Refunds will not be made in the event of early termination.

2-night minimum stay required.  ($50 surcharge for single night stays)

There is a charge of $15 per day for each person over the number listed in the “Maximum Capacity” column in the chart on the left. This includes children!

Pets allowed in rooms 1,2 & 3

Pet fee will be $20.00 per pet per night.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST and check-out time is 11:00 AM CST.

A $100 security/damage deposit is due at check-in.
